Stuart Carolan’s Love/Hate is celebrating international success this morning, having just been nominated for no less than two awards at The Festival de Television de Monte-Carlo.

Actor Robert Sheehan was pictured on the set of Love/Hate leading to rumours that Darren is set to return and Paddy Power think that it’s a virtual certainty that he’s still alive.
Paddy Power have today started taking bets on how Darren will return to the latest series of Love/Hate after the actor who portrays him, Robert Sheehan, was photographed during filming in Clontarf.
The bookie is tipping a miraculous recovery for the popular character, who was shot in the back of the head, making it 1/7 that he is alive in the show’s latest incarnation.
Appearing in a flashback is the next most likely solution for the actor’s return at 5/1 followed by a hallucination or dream sequence which are at 10/1 and 20/1 respectively.
At the back end of the betting it’s 25/1 that Dazzler will be narrating the new series, 33/1 that he’ll reappear as a ghost and a very unlikely 100/1 that he’s been turned in to a Cyborg.
A spokesperson for Paddy Power told Bettingpro:
“Darren has form when it comes to surviving gun shot wounds which leads us to believe that there’s still some life in him. However, maybe him being a Cyborg is the only logical explanation for his Terminator like invincibility.”
LOVE/HATE star Robert Sheehan WILL return as popular criminal Darren — but he won’t be the main character in season four.
